Purchase Policy

By placing a purchase order with Cats Link, you are agreeing to Cats Link's pricings, payment terms, shipping charges, and conditions . We reserve the right to decline the order for any reason. All new customers are required to pay full in advance on their first order; payment may be made with credit card, email transfer or Paypal.

Shipping & Handling

Orders must be submitted before 4 pm are typically shipped out on the same day. However, this schedule is not guaranteed. If the order cannot be shipped on the same day, then the order will usually be shipped on the following business day. Cats Link uses UPS to provide the best service for your business and to ensure on-time delivery. It is your responsibility to accept the delivery and any charges that may apply. This includes any extra charges for services you requested (special routing, inside delivery, etc).

Receiving

Please inspect the box for signs of damage before opening your product. If you think there may be a product damage, please take a photo of the item. This will help to prove that damage was the carrier's fault. Please retain original packaging until you have verified your product performs as expected in accordance with the warranty & policy.

Note: Once your order has been delivered to your location, you have up to 48 hours to report any shortage and wrong products.

Limited Warranty Information

Our products are supported by different limited warranties. Limited Warranty Information is only for defective products. You have 3 months limited warranty and it applies to all the phone parts. All accessories are final sale.

We are not responsible for any misuse, abuse, or damage caused by human error on installation. For more information, please call our Sales Department at (905) 212 9979 extn 201.

Exchange

We offer 3 months exchange on good products (except the accessories). . All return and exchange products must be in original condition and in the same manner as it was shipped. Please ensure to properly bubble wrap to protect the part if you are shipping it back to us so it does not crack, dent or break. No credit we exchange with the same exact item, per request, upon inspection. Shipping cost is non-refundable. Exchange may be accepted for any defective parts. Please refer to Limited warranty Information, above, and the RMA Request Form for details. We do not accept any returns on all custom orders (with the only exception in cases of internal accidents). All closeout/clearance products are final sale – no exchange, no refund, and no return.
